These are dense, stain resistant, epoxy- and urethane-based systems in an extensive range of flake finishes and color options. They are popular with design teams for applications from pharmaceutical labs to university concourses, and are perfect for quick installations.
Stontec ERF is an epoxy flake floor system applied with minimum installation time. The system consists of Stonhard Primer for sealing and bonding to the substrate, Stonshield Aggregate (brightly colored quartz broadcast), Stontec ERF Undercoat (a three-component, high solids, epoxy undercoat consisting of resin, curing agent and filler), Stontec Flakes (brightly colored flakes), and Stonkote CE4 (a two-component, high solids, high performance, UV resistant, clear epoxy sealer). Stontec UTF is a urethane-basedflake broadcast flooring system. It is comprised of Stonhard Primer for sealing and bonding to the substrate, Stonshield Aggregate (brightly colored quartz broadcast), Stontec UTF Undercoat (a three-component undercoat consisting of a polyaspartic urethane resin, aliphatic isocyanate and filler), Stontec Flakes (brightly colored flakes), and Stonseal CA7 (a two-component, UV-resistant, aliphatic polyaspartic urethane sealer).

Components are packaged separately and mixed together on-site
For regular maintenance, use Stonkleen D2G with a mop and bucket or an automatic floor scrubbing machine. Deep cleaning for healthcare environments may require diluted Stonkleen AS9 to remove sanitizing and disinfecting films and residues that are left behind from health code protocols that, over time, will leave heavy build-up and dull the floor. Refer to manufacturer's documentation for additional information
Epoxy- or urethane-based flooring system for quick installations. Recommended for pharmaceutical, research, and educationa applications. Ideal for cafeterias, clean rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms
Installation
A specially trained application crew from Stonhard will complete installation. First, patching, leveling, and priming of the substrate is needed. Components will then be mixed together and uniformly spread over the primed and sealed substrate using a screed applicator. Steel finishing trowels are used to compact and smooth the surface of the material to the required thickness. A chemical reaction between components causes the mixture to harden. Mix and apply the topcoat sealant material over the hardened floor. Installation can only be completed when the slab and air temperatures are between 65° - 85° F. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Refer to manufacturer's documentation for additional information.
Stonhard is the unprecedented leader in manufacturing and installing high performance floors. Our seamless, long lasting, easy to clean systems are engineered for both industrial and commercial markets. We also bring the same performance to our wall and lining systems.
