Sealing: Our cement tiles have a light sealer that is applied at the factory to protect the tiles during transit and while stored. However, they still must be sealed again during the installation process as noted in our installation instructions

Also, there are no guarantees made against fine cracks, also known as crazing, that may develop in the tile's surface, as it is part of the character that makes these tiles unique
