Valley Forge Fabrics was founded in 1977 by two hippies with a goal: be the main provider of stage curtains for the biggest Las Vegas shows. Little did they know their family company would still be the trusted source for durable and decorative textiles in the hospitality industry, over 40 years later.

Our Process

  • Our highly skilled sourcing team is trained to consider the smallest details of a product, and everything needed to fit its performance obligations.
  • Everything from the content of the materials and overall textile construction, down to the actual pattern and colors, is taken into consideration when sourcing the exact yarn, pellets, and fibers needed in order to manufacture and produce to our client's exact specifications.
  • To ensure the longevity of our manufacturing and production partners, we regularly visit and grade each one on their environmental policies, fair labor practices, and much more.

    • In-House Testing Facilities

  • Valley Forge has a state-of-the-art testing facility in our SE Campus Headquarters, where we are able to test for several ACT standards, including abrasion, seam slippage, and NFPA 701.
  • Our team of experienced textile testers work closely with the sourcing and product development teams to ensure each product tests well above and beyond ACT standards.

  • We redefine our methods each year and select new goals to ensure that we never stop seeking a better environmental path, both in our products and processes.

    • How We Do It

  • Through our tried-and-true techniques, we source a wide variety of yarn, pellets, and fibers in order to manufacture and produce textiles for all performance needs.
  • Over the years, we have grown through the focused product development of sustainable textiles, finished bedding, decorative sheers, coated blackouts, and digital prints.
  • Our most recent focus on the window includes fabricated decorative roller shades and window treatments, in addition to measurement and installation.
