Recycled paper is saturated with resins and pigments and trimmed to length. The resin-saturated sheets are stacked, pressed, and fused together under high heat and pressure. Thin sheets are overlaid to both sides of a plywood panel
Earned a UL Class A rating for both flame spread and smoke developed indices in accordance with ASTM E84 testing. It will not melt, liquefy or explode
Abrasion / Wear Resistance
ASTM D4060/ANSI Z124 Tested. 500 cycles = weight loss of 0.015g and thickness loss of 0.0015in; 1000 cycles = weight loss of 0.040g and thickness loss of 0.0010in; 5000 cycles = weight loss of 0.530g and thickness loss of 0.0035in
Impact Resistance
ASTM D256 Tested. Face Izod impact strength of 3.29; Edge Izod impact strength of 0.73.
Lightfastness
Light colors may darken slightly with UV exposure
Weather Resistance
ASTM D2565 Tested. 200 hours in weatherometer caused no cracking, crazing, blistering or significant change in color or surface texture
Water Absorption
ASTM D570 Tested. Average absorption of 0.251%
Chemical Resistance

VOC-free. Emits no radon gases
Performance
Heat resistant to 350?°F. NEMA LD3 (high temperature resistance) Tested. When heated to 365°F then held at 356°F for 20 minutes resulted in slight effects, including a change in color or surface finish only visible at certain angles or directions
