Created with an attractive, high-quality Baltic Birch plywood core, CoverPly is overlaid on both sides with a PaperStone Panel layer. CoverPly is available in both the rich, traditional Solid Color Panel colors and the lighter, fresh Designer Series Panel colors. Available in three different thicknesses, CoverPly comes in 4-by-8-ft. panels and is the perfect product for constructing solid and attractive furniture, including wardrobes, dressers, bookcases, closet organizers and even cabinetry and restaurant and board room tabletops. Manufactured in America, CoverPly is particularly cost-effective and easy to work as well as being FSC-certified as an eco-friendly product.

Construction
Recycled paper is saturated with resins and pigments and trimmed to length. The resin-saturated sheets are stacked, pressed, and fused together under high heat and pressure. Thin sheets are overlaid to both sides of a plywood panel

Maintenance
Wash with hot, soapy water. Dry surface with a soft towel after washing to eliminate water spotting. Use The Original Bee??™s Wax?® spray wax, PaperStone?® Cleaner/Rejuvenator, or apply a coat of paste wax after cleaning, when water no longer beads up on the surface, or the luster has diminished. Do not use cleansers that are abrasive or contain concentrations of bleach. To remove marks, stains, or light scratches, use a non-woven pad (Scotch-Brite?® maroon 7447 or similar product) to evenly buff the surface. Non-woven pads can be used with a vibrating orbital sander or by hand. Be sure to treat the entire surface, not just the problem area

Ideal for furniture, including wardrobes, dressers, bookcases, closet organizers, cabinetry and tabletops
Installation
Commonly cut and shaped before installation using sophisticated automated machinery at fabrication shops, stone cutting tools, or common household woodworking tools with high quality carbide-tipped blades. Use of a waterjet cutting device is not recommended. Can be positioned as a cantilevered design with up to 18in of overhang using 0.75in thick material. Seam using biscuit joints, mechanical fasteners, or by butting pieces up and securing them to the base cabinets with screws or glue. Joint gaps can be filled with color-matching caulk.
