As a general guideline, powder dertergents should not be used, not wire wool or abrasive materials. Generally a sponge will be sufficient with warm water and liquid neutral soap. Then rinse with plenty of clean water

For a stone and concrete effect tile, the surface will be very similar to the look and feel of the natural material. "Wet" application only applies to matte or textured finishes. Most of our tiles are rectified and micro-beveled, however we recommend confirming with us prior should this be a necessity
