This perception is increased by an 11-color palette that uses ground colors derivative of earth-based dyes. Printed on a vinyl surface with nonwoven substrate backing, this highly durable commercial wallcovering smooths effortlessly, is easy to remove, and meets Type II requirements of General Services Administration specification CCC-W-408A.
