Description
Stone Age meets chic. Crush is a troweled system that brings the outdoors in, with a natural and sophisticated design aesthetic. The textured surface is slip resistant and scratch resistant, and despite its texture, is easy to clean. It's versatile, too. Change the aggregate to achieve completely different looks, from polished black marble to organic river rock. Crush is available in urethane and epoxy flooring formulations.

Can be installed at various thickness between 0.25in - 0.50in, depending on the type and grade of aggregate chosen
Maintenance
It is recommended to use automatic floor scrubbing machines with Stonkleen SR9 at 8 oz dilution per gallon of water, for routine maintenance. A Microfiber mop for periodic removal of dust is advised. General cleaning and clean up of spills can be accomplished using an absorbent cloth or mop. If required, Stonkleen DG2 can be used to remove dirt or deposits. Waxing is required for long-term maintenance of flooring systems with a high-gloss finish. Refer to manufacturer's documentation for additional information
Indoor & Outdoor
Indoor
Applications
Seamless elastomeric liquid flooring specifically designed for public areas with heavy foot traffic or back-of-house spaces that have perfomance requirements, such as schools, government centers, supermarkets, retail stores, nursing homes, hotels, casinos, showrooms, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spas, fitness centers, stadiums, officespaces, commercial kitchens, research facilities, manufacturing floors, food & beverage plants, data centers, mechanical rooms, and correctional institutions
Installation
A specially trained application crew from parent company Stonhard will complete installation. First, patching, leveling, and priming of the substrate is needed. Components will then be mixed together and uniformly spread over the primed and sealed substrate using a squeegee and roll. A chemical reaction between components causes the mixture to harden. Mix and apply the topcoat sealant material over the hardened floor. Installation can only be completed when the slab and air temperatures are between 65° - 85° F. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Refer to manufacturer's documentation for additional information
Manufacturer Notes
The appearance and surface texture of all floor systems will change over time due to normal wear, abrasion, traffic, and cleaning. High-gloss coatings are subject to a reduction in shine, while matte finish coatings can increase in gloss level under normal operating conditions

Slip Resistance
ASTM F-1679 Coefficient of Friction tested. Dry = 0.75. Slip Resistance Index tested. Wet = 0.54
Emissions
VOC emissions include 5 g/l (D-2369, Method E) from the primer and 5 g/l from the mortar
