Kabebari Ever Art Wood® battens are designed to be directly fixed to structures with hidden screws. A 2 part section, Kabebari batten bases are simply screwed to a substrate or frame and the top section snapped onto the base concealing the screws inside. This creates a finished batten look. The hallmark of the Covet Kabebari S Series is the 2 part, concealed fix batten extrusion finished with an aesthetically superior timber look finish. The Covet S Series’ extensive and versatile range opens up a world of design options while allowing you to create seamless transitions from exterior to interiors, different surfaces and orientations. The batten profile can also be installed with a gap configuration determined by the designer. Best suited for privacy screening, decorative batten screens, operable screens, or to span glazing. The base plate is visible from side profile. The base plate on the Kabebari Standard is visible on 3 sides of the batten profile. The visible depth of the base plate from a side profile varies and is dependent on the batten dimension selected. Most suited to applications that span glazing, and the main aspect is viewed from the batten front and back, or where the base plate is upward facing, and partially exposed, such as pergola style applications. The standard Kabebari batten is fully wrapped on all 4 sides.
