Clearing your browser's cache

Please check the below instructions for your browser. Following these steps will ensure you do not lose your saved signons and passwords. For further assistance, select chat/help.

Google Chrome:

1. Open Chrome and click on the three dots in the top right corner.
2. Select "More Tools" and then "Clear browsing data."
3. Select "All time" to clear everything.
4. Make sure to check
   1. Cookies and other site data
   2. Cached images and files
   3. Hosted app data
   4. Site Settings
5. Click "Clear data" to complete the process.

Mozilla Firefox:

1. Open Firefox and click on the three lines in the top right corner.
2. Select "Options" and then "Privacy & Security."
3. Under the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click on "Clear Data."
4. Make sure the "Cached Web Content" option is checked.
5. Click "Clear" to complete the process.

Safari:

1. Open Safari and click on "Safari" in the top menu bar.
2. Select "Preferences" and then "Advanced."
3. Check the box next to "Show Develop menu in menu bar."
4. Click on "Develop" in the top menu bar and select "Empty Caches."
5. Wait for the process to complete.

Microsoft Edge:

1. Open Edge and click on the three dots in the top right corner.
2. Select "Settings" and then "Privacy, search, and services."
3. Under the "Clear browsing data" section, click on "Choose what to clear."
4. Make sure to check
   1. Browsing History
   2. Download History
   3. Cookies and other site data
   4. Cached images and files
   5. Site Permissions
5. Click "Clear now" to complete the process.
