Description
Introducing ARTO’s New CLARA Collection featuring never before seen translucent glazes on a new 1/2” blonde bisque body. The CLARA glaze palette highlights the imperfections and movement of the hand crafted rustic Tierra Madre texture. These glazes have a high variation (V3) because of the semitransparent make up of the glaze and the body color showing underneath. Tierra Madre Texture - Tierra Madre translates to “Mother Earth.” This texture pays homage to the majestic natural beauty of California as well as the rest of our planet. Our Tierra Madre texture is achieved by glazing the “back side” of the tile. This texture highlights the natural beauty of our blonde bisque by highlighting its imperfections. Tierra Madre offers a higher color and surface variation as well as irregular edges that make each tile one of a kind.
