An award-winning 3form product, Varia has the added benefit of being made from a specially formulated co-polyester resin that combines performance with environmental responsibility. Varia incorporates 40% preconsumer recycled content without compromising aesthetics or overall physical properties, is compatible with one of the largest post-consumer recycle streams and is GREENGUARD certified for indoor air quality.

Standard 2 week lead time on all orders with fewer than 25 sheets. Larger orders will receive a custom lead time

Construction
Interlayers are laminated between two PETG resin panels, fusing them into a solid sheet. Sheets are peel-coated with a protective film and trimmed to size
Can be machined or routed into a variety of different forms. Sanding, polishing, or flame polishing options are also available. Panels containing certain woven, paper or organic interlayers must be sealed if exposed to water
Wipe with a soft cloth and a solution of mild soap and/or liquid detergent in water. Rinse thoroughly. Never use scrapers or squeegees and avoid strong solvents
Dependent on material thickness. 0.0625in - 0.1875in and 1in receive an ASTM E84 Class A rating. Remaining thickness options receive a Class B rating. Passes ASTM D2843, D635, and D1929, UL 94 and NFPA 286. Refer to flame spec for additional information
