Manufacturer Notes
The mixture of color is always carefully controlled and monitored to maintain the highest level of consistency. Although careful steps are taken to insure a high level of color consistency, slight color variations can still occur especially in different lot numbers. SM Quartz® can endure normal cooking temperatures found in the kitchen up to 375°F for a short duration, without the fear of scorching or burning

Slabs: 120 in x 55 in, 126 in x 61 in nominal (305 cm x 140 cm, 320 cm x 155 cm); Tile: 12 in x 12 in, 16 in x 16 in, 24 in x 24 in nominal (30 x 30 cm, 40 x 40 cm, 60 x 60 cm)
Use high-performance cement based monocomponent adhesives for tile installation in areas not subject to significant mechanical and/or thermal stress. When installing tiles larger than 40 x 40cm it is better to use bi-component high performance flexible cement based adhesives (cementitious adhesive and latex). When installing tiles in areas subject to mechanical and/or thermal stress, use polyurethane based bi-component highly flexible adhesives. Refer to Synoptic Chart of the Adhesives for Interior Installation document for information.
Suitable Substrates
Concrete, CBU, gypsum wall surfaces, exterior-grade plywood, or old terrazzo or ceramic tile in interior spaces
