Material & Finish
Construction
Components are packaged separately and mixed together on-site. Pours of 2mm or above in thickness are self-leveling
Content
A multi-component system consisting of a polymetric primer, a resin (epoxy or urethane formulation options), curing agents, and a finely graded aggregate (quartz and other powders). Refer to Product Data sheet for specifics
Finish
Available in matte, satin, gloss microtexture, or high-gloss finishes, depending on pour thickness. Use of a urethane topcoat is required for 1 mm pours. Refer to manufacturer's documentation for additional information

Applications & Usage

Installation
A specially trained application crew from parent company Stonhard will complete installation. First, patching, leveling, and priming of the substrate is needed. Components will then be mixed together and uniformly spread over the primed and sealed substrate using a squeegee and roll. A chemical reaction between components causes the mixture to harden. Mix and apply the topcoat sealant material over the hardened floor. Installation can only be completed when the slab and air temperatures are between 65° - 85° F. Relative humidity must be below 80%. Refer to manufacturer's documentation for additional information
Suitable Substrates
With the appropriate primer, concrete, wood or metal are suitable substrates. Due to the material's self-leveling nature, the substrate must be extremely flat and level (Ff/ Fl 50). Not recommended on asphalt, brick, quarry tile, mastic, or painted surfaces.
Performance Metrics
Abrasion Wear Resistance
17% reduction after 100 cycles (F-1679/Soft Scrub) in a scratch resistance test on a high-gloss surface
Hardness
ASTM D-2240, Shore A Durometer hardness tested. Result of 95 - 100. High-gloss surfaces tested at 80 - 85
Light Blocking
Complete
Maintenance
It is recommended to use automatic floor scrubbing machines with Stonkleen SR9 at 8 oz dilution per gallon of water, for routine maintenance. A Microfiber mop for periodic removal of dust is advised. General cleaning and clean up of spills can be accomplished using an absorbent cloth or mop. If required, Stonkleen DG2 can be used to remove dirt or deposits. Waxing is required for long-term maintenance of flooring systems with a high-gloss finish. Refer to manufacturer's documentation for additional information
Performance
Has a cure rate of 24 hours at 77°F
Tensile Strength
ASTM D-638 tested. Result of 800 psi.
Water Absorption
ASTM D-570 tested. Result of 0.80%
