Coiled wire fabric is manufactured through an innovative weaving process that interlocks individual strands of metal wire together through a spiral weave pattern to create a flexible metal fabric panel. Panels are then powder-coated, lacquered, or left untreated to meet desired specifications and performance requirements. Part of a fully-engineered solution suitable for a wide range of custom architectural metal mesh applications, the material is mounted and installed in the built environment using pre-engineered attachment hardware that varies by application
Content
ASTM B36 260 Brass Alloy (70% Copper, 30% Zinc) that is denoted as Half Hard. Anti-magnetic, anti-spark properties and a moderate tensile strength make it a unique material for special applications. Conforms to ASTM standards
Finish
Clear Acrylic Lacquer is applied to retain a beautiful natural golden color. With a relatively high corrosion-resistance in its natural state, Solid Brass Fabricoil can be left untreated, if desired, to allow for oxidation over time
Format

Opacity Level Openness
Varies (from 40% to 85%). Dependent on the specified weave. Refer to Product Data Sheets for additional information

Size
Weave size, wire material, gauge, color/finish, fullness, coil direction, and attachment system are all custom. Panels can be manufactured in unlimited widths up to 40-feet in length, and can be mounted individually or spliced together at installation site for seamless coverage. Width is measured in horizontal coil direction. Length is measured in vertical coil direction. Can be mounted in either direction based on application requirements
Total Weight
Varies based on material specifications. Refer to Product Data Sheets or contact manufacturer for additional information
Wire surface naturally resists accumulation of dust and debris and, thereby, requires very little to no maintenance over time. Can be brushed or vacuumed if necessary. For general cleaning, use a damp, soft cloth with mild, non-abrasive soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals. In heavy traffic areas, pressure wash or hand-wash on a monthly basis
Tensile Strength
Varies. Dependent on the specified weave. Refer to Data Sheets for additional information.
