ReloadPaper is moving beyond the flat, fragile, and disposable. Across furniture, textiles, surfaces, and spatial elements, cellulose-based materials are being woven, compressed, lacquered, layered, hardened, and molded into forms expected to hold weight, retain volume, filter light, and withstand greater use. What was once associated primarily with packaging, graphics, or craft is gaining the physical authority of more established interior materials. The shift is less about disguising paper than utilizing its existing properties: long fibers, foldability, absorbency, lightness, tactility, and an ability to gain strength through repetition and density.
