It contains preconsumer recycled content and may help contribute toward LEED® credits with U.S. Green Building Council project certification. Pietrasanta Eco-Terr®, which is engineered from recycled Portland cement that contains fly ash captured from contaminated waterways, and the rare, recycled marble and granite chips from quarries long since closed, makes for a versatile and Future-Friendly™ product. Pietrasanta Eco-Terr ® is composed of the world's purest marble, found in the 2,000-year-old quarries of the Apuan Alps above the Tuscan town of Pietrasanta, Italy, once the only marble that Michelangelo Buonarroti would use in his work.
