At Michelin-starred AOC restaurant, materiality sets the atmosphere around the food and the way it is experienced. The main dining room is bright and open, with lighting focused on the tables. A long table creates a clear sightline towards the kitchen, keeping the preparation of food connected to the dining experience. Custom wood shelving fits into the existing niches, working with the architecture of the space. Wood and lighting accompany the experience throughout the restaurant, adapting to the character of each space. Photo credits: HOLMRIS B8 DIGITALE
