Made using precisely-sized and layered wood strands, every LP® SmartSide® product is treated to the core with adhesive resins, water-resistant waxes, and zinc borate. · Then, a water-resistant, resin-saturated overlay is permanently bonded to the product, helping to protect from moisture intrusion and offering resistance to termites and fungal decay.

We are certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® standards, ensuring our wood stands are harvested using best management practices, minimising environmental impacts. · Additionally, LP® SmartSide® Trim & Siding is carbon negative which means it stores more carbon than what is emitted into the atmosphere from manufacturing to end of life.
